JWF, Final Trim

Final Trim

The final trim is a very important step in the installation process because an error in this phase can cause you to scrap your pattern entirely. This section will provide you with various ways of making the final trim.

The most important thing to remember when making your final trim is not to scratch the glass. A mere scratch to the glass can weaken it and possibly cause it to break after the film is applied.

Also, remember to follow our film-to-glass chart to be sure there is no additional chance of thermal stress.

Please review the different ways of performing the final trim to help ensure a professional installation.
